Privacy notice
What happens to your information when you use the free check at /fsbo/ready, and to the listing photos you add in the paid tools.
Who we are
Kelly Kitchens, a licensed real estate agent with Demo Brokerage (placeholder), offers the check and receives your request. FSBO Advisor software is built and hosted for Kelly by April Cahill and by Aithnography, AI Advisors dedicated to preserving and empowering human flourishing aided by AI. Neither is a real estate licensee or brokerage, and neither receives referral fees.
What we collect
- While you take the check: your answers are saved on this device so you can pick up where you left off. After 7 days the check stops using them and clears them the next time you open it. Page events are counts only, such as “finished the check, Red”. No answers or contact details are attached.
- If you ask for your value range: your answers and result, the home’s address, when you’d like to move and whether you have an agent, and the value range we found and the nearby homes it used. Also your name and email, and a record of each box you ticked. That record has the exact wording, the time, your IP address and your browser.
- If you leave your email for Kelly’s tips: your email, your answers and result, and the same consent record. No address, and no value lookup.
- If you ask Kelly to call or text you: the mobile number you give, with the same consent record.
How we use it
- To show and email your value range and answer your request.
- To introduce you to one vetted local agent, only if you ask. Kelly tells you who before sharing your details with them.
- To call or text you about selling your home, only if you ticked that box. Reply STOP to opt out.
- To send selling tips and course offers, only if you ticked that box or left your email for them. Every email lets you unsubscribe.
- To alert Kelly’s team by email when you send a request, so someone can follow up quickly.
- To keep Kelly’s notes on how your request is going.
Who receives it
- Kelly’s team, including Aithnography, which runs FSBO Advisor for Kelly, gets an email alert with your contact details and result, plus your address and value range if you asked for one.
- Our property-data provider receives the home’s address, and nothing else, to estimate its value.
- An agent Kelly introduces receives your name, email, address and timing, only after you ask for an introduction and Kelly tells you who it is.
- Cloudflare delivers this site, so your requests, including the forms you send, pass through it.
- Amazon Web Services stores the records for us.
This check and your value range don’t send your answers or contact details to any AI service.
We don’t sell your information or share it for others’ advertising.
We never share your mobile number or your text consent with anyone else for their marketing.
How long we keep it
Up to two years from your request, then it’s deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete it sooner. We’ll delete the whole record, including the consent log and the email alerts about your request.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from any email, reply STOP to any text, or ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing privacy@example.com.
Listing photos and photo ideas
This part is for the paid listing tools. Your photos stay private in your account. We make smaller copies and remove location data. Your photos are never published, and never sent to the advisor’s chat model. Photo ideas, which would send copies to an AI service, aren’t turned on yet. Before they are, this notice will say which service sees your photos and what it keeps. Ask support to delete your photos.
Cookies
The check uses no cookies and no ad trackers. Your quiz answers are saved on this device; after 7 days the check stops using them. On this device, your contact details are kept only until you close the tab.
