Terms of sale

What you’re buying and how refunds work.

What you get

One purchase opens Kelly’s course, the selling tools and the AI helper.

Price and payment

You’re buying from Seller name (placeholder). You see the price before you pay. Right now it’s $349, paid once by card on Kelly’s secure order form. While this is a test, no real money moves.

Opening your account

After you pay, we email you a link to open your account, good for 7 days. If that email already has an account, we add the purchase to it.

Kelly’s money-back guarantee

If selling it yourself doesn’t work out and you list with an agent Kelly introduces, you get back what you paid for the course. You get it as a credit when your home sells.

Changed your mind?

Email us within 14 days of buying and we’ll refund you in full.

Refunds and your access

A full refund or a card dispute closes the course and the tools. Your saved plan is kept, and we’ll send you a copy if you ask.

The AI helper

It helps you think and draft. It can make mistakes, so check what matters. It isn’t legal, tax or contract advice. It has daily limits, and monthly ones, so it may sometimes be unavailable.

Who’s who

FSBO Advisor coaches you, and you make the decisions. Kelly isn’t an attorney. Buying doesn’t make Kelly, or anyone else, your real estate agent. Aithnography builds the software and isn’t a brokerage.

Your data

Stripe takes your card, so we never see its number. Amazon Web Services keeps your name, email and order, sends our email and runs your sign-in, which Aithnography’s other apps share. HighLevel, our course host, gets your first name and email. The AI helper sends your messages, voice and plan to AI services, but not your listing photos. Ask support to see or delete your data. The privacy notice covers the free check.
